Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and Adjusting Machines:

  Before operation, operators prepare and adjust machinery to ensure it's ready for production. 

• Monitoring Production Processes:

  Operators closely observe the machine's operation to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently, and to identify any potential problems. 

• Maintaining Machinery:

  Operators perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections to keep the machinery in optimal working condition. 

• Ensuring Quality:

  Operators are responsible for checking the quality of the output to ensure it meets standards. 

• Troubleshooting:

  When issues arise, machine operators are responsible for identifying and resolving them to minimize downtime. 

• Safety:

  Operators must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures when operating and maintaining machinery. 

• Operating Machinery:

  Machine operators are responsible for using various machines to perform tasks like welding, assembly, molding, and painting. 

           Operate the CNC, VMC, SPM, Grinding etc. Machines
