Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Operators (Unskilled, Semi-skilled, and Skilled) to work across various roles within the Cut-to-Pack Value Stream at our Bangalore facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery in designated sections (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing)

Maintain quality and safety standards during production

Follow work instructions and production timelines

Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors for smooth operations

Shift Timings:
Unit I: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Unit IV: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Cutting Section Shifts:

Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

💰  Salary : 1.7 - 1.9 INR L.P.A. 
💰 Gross Salary: ₹12,526 – ₹14,601
💰 Take-home Salary: ₹11,005 – ₹12,816
🎁 Annual Bonus: 8.33% – 20%
🗓 Work Days: 5-day week (Saturday & Sunday off)
