Job Title: Production Helper / Factory Helper

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Helpers to support daily operations at our steel profile manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting machine operators, handling raw materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the production team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading steel materials and finished profiles

• Support machine operators in setup and routine operations

• Carry out basic manual tasks like cutting, stacking, sorting, and packing of steel profiles

• Maintain cleanliness and order on the shop floor

• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times

• Help with movement of tools and materials within the plant

• Perform basic inspection and quality checks when trained

• Report any irregularities or hazards to supervisors immediately

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: 8th/10th grade pass (preferred, not mandatory)

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is a plus

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene in a factory setting

• Team player with a positive attitude

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based work (Day/Night/Rotational Shifts)

• Physically demanding tasks; standing for long hours

• Protective gear and training provided

• कच्चे माल और तैयार स्टील प्रोफाइल को लोड और अनलोड करना

• मशीन ऑपरेटर की सहायता करना

• प्रोफाइल को काटना, जमा करना, पैकिंग और साफ-सफाई का काम

• फैक्ट्री क्षेत्र को साफ और सुरक्षित रखना

• सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना और सेफ्टी गियर पहनना

• बेसिक निरीक्षण (Inspection) और क्वालिटी चेक में सहायता

• सुपरवाइज़र को किसी भी परेशानी या खतरे की जानकारी देना

योग्यता और आवश्यकताएं:

• न्यूनतम शिक्षा: 8वीं / 10वीं पास (अनुभव वाले को प्राथमिकता)

• मैन्युफैक्चरिंग या फैक्ट्री में काम का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर

• शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ और भारी सामान उठाने में सक्षम

• मेहनती, ईमानदार और सीखने की इच्छा हो

• टीम के साथ काम करने की क्षमता

काम की स्थिति:

• शिफ्ट में काम (दोपहर / रात / रोटेशनल शिफ्ट)

• लंबे समय तक खड़े रहना और शारीरिक श्रम

• सेफ्टी गियर और ट्रेनिंग कंपनी द्वारा दी जाएगी
