Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Executive for our Chennai plant who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and possess excellent skills in manpower planning, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manpower Planning & Recruitment:
    • Forecast manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment partners.
    • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees to resolve grievances and maintain healthy relations.
    • Organize employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
  • Compliance & Statutory:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
    • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
    • Maintain training records and feedback analysis.
  • Attendance & Payroll Support:
    • Oversee attendance systems and leave records.
    • Coordinate with payroll team for timely processing of salaries.
  • Workplace Safety & Discipline:
    • Promote a safe and secure work environment as per factory norms.
    • Ensure implementation of safety policies and zero tolerance for misconduct.
  • HR Reporting:
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR dashboards and MIS reports.
    • Support in audits, appraisals, and documentation processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 1.5 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HRMS tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle workforce and manage conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Language Preference: English, Hindi, Tamil (Preferred)
