Job Summary :

As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive, I manage and enhance the relationship between the organization and its customers by using CRM software tools and data analysis. My goal is to improve customer satisfaction, drive customer retention, and support business growth through targeted communication and efficient process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.

  • Segmenting customer data for personalized campaigns and communication.

  • Developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.

  • Coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams for customer-centric initiatives.

  • Tracking customer interactions, feedback, and behavior to optimize the customer journey.

  • Generating reports and insights from CRM analytics to support decision-making.

  • Managing customer lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, retention, and win-back.

  • Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

  • Continuously improving CRM processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Strong understanding of customer journey and lifecycle management.
