Field sales executive

Responsible for the distributor sales targets as per AOP through high performance and to ensure high levels
of customer satisfaction.
 Outlets Visit as per Norms, Focus on Range Selling and Lines per order
 Focus on Secondary Sales network and achievement of target.
 Build relationship to retain existing customers.
 Ensure Dealer Satisfaction by effectively driving schemes and promotions.
 Regular Feedback to the Business Units/Product Groups on market developments and requirements.
 Review of Dealer Performance regularly.
 Take the lead in resolving customer's issues, report market information to the DB and management.
 Timely closing the collection target of his territory.
