Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and generating leads for the sales team. Strong communication skills and a results-driven approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound queries in a professional manner.

• Follow up with leads and maintain customer database.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.

• Address customer concerns and provide accurate information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

• Fluent in [languages required –  English, Hindi

• Minimum education: [High School / Graduate preferred].
