Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Draftsman to join our team on a part-time, project-based arrangement. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in drafting civil drawings, site layouts, and infrastructure plans. You will work closely with our engineering and architectural teams to develop accurate, detailed technical drawings for various civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for civil projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Draft site plans, structural layouts, utility systems, and infrastructure designs.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and project leads.
- Prepare as-built drawings and update documentation as per site changes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with site teams and consultants as needed for drawing clarifications.
- Deliver assigned work within the agreed timeline and budget.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and drafting standards.
- Sound understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction methods.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and design data accurately.
- Experience in drafting for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and time management skills.
