Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Technician – ISP (RF) to join our team at Arjun Telecom Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RF (Radio Frequency) and broadband equipment at customer premises and network sites. This role involves extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, and a strong understanding of RF technology used in ISP networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure RF equipment and broadband devices (CPE, antennas, routers, etc.)

• Perform signal testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for RF connectivity

• Conduct site surveys for feasibility and network planning

• Maintain and repair customer-premises equipment and internal network hardware

• Respond to service requests and resolve issues within defined SLAs

• Coordinate with NOC (Network Operations Center) and backend teams for escalation and resolution

• Ensure proper documentation of service visits and installation reports

• Educate customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting

• Follow safety and quality standards during field operations
