• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on machinery or output.
• Assist in assembling, disassembling, or fitting components.
• Maintain work records and reports.
• Cooperate with team members and report technical issues to superiors.

• Technical knowledge of the trade.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and hand tools.

Job Description by Trade

1. Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and wiring.
• Diagnose electrical faults and troubleshoot.
• Ensure systems comply with safety standards.
• Work in residential, industrial, or commercial setups.

2. Fitter

• Assemble and fit mechanical components and structures.
• Operate drilling, grinding, and fitting tools.
• Read engineering drawings and fabricate parts accordingly.

3. Welder

• Perform welding using gas or electric welding equipment.
• Read and follow welding blueprints.
• Inspect welded surfaces and maintain safety standards.
