Job Description:

We are hiring Pickers for our cold storage warehouse in Dadri. The job involves picking items from cold storage racks as per order slips. Since the work environment is very cold, we prefer candidates who are used to cold weather.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items accurately from shelves as per order list

• Scan or record picked items properly

• Ensure correct quantity and quality

• Pack or place items in bins/trolleys for dispatch

• Follow safety and hygiene rules in cold environment

• Wear safety gear (provided by company)

• Maintain cleanliness in work area

Skills Required:

• Physically fit and active

• Comfortable working in cold temperature

• Basic reading and counting skills

• Attention to detail

• Can work in team and follow supervisor’s instructions

• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Background:

• Candidates from cold regions like Himachal, Uttarakhand, Kashmir

• Fresher or experience in warehouse/cold storage picking work
