Sales Responsibilities:
Manage inbound sales inquiries across phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.
Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and promote certifications.
Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and lead status.
Follow up with interested leads via email/WhatsApp to nurture and convert.
Promote applicable offers and discounts to boost sales.
Marketing Responsibilities;
Conduct LinkedIn outreach to B2B prospects and book 4+ meetings monthly.
Research global tech events (AI, Web3, Cybersecurity) for partnership/speaker opportunities.
Engage thoughtfully in online communities (Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn Groups, Telegram) to increase visibility.
Support lead generation through cold outreach campaigns.
Submit weekly reports on sales activities, outreach success, and event insights.
Expected Outcomes
Crisp chats should result in a minimum of ₹2,00,000/month in direct sales.
4+ meetings/month from outreach
