Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at NetAmbit for Flipkart Grocery outlet onboarding and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and team management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute acquisition strategies for Flipkart outlet onboarding, servicing, and multi-product sales.
2. Source and onboard new outlets, ensuring lead generation and consistent service.
3. Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve territory targets.
4. Plan and implement promotional strategies to enhance market penetration.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 06 month of experience in field sales, team handling, and outlet onboarding (Direct Sales/B2C/Merchant Acquisition/Telecom Sales/FMCG/E-commerce).
2. Proven expertise in sourcing and onboarding new outlets, lead generation, and consistent service.
3. Extensive knowledge of direct sales and market development strategies.
