Desgination- Contract Management Expert.

Description:

 Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and government tenders.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.

Manage contract records, databases, renewal timelines, and version control.

Identify risks in contractual terms and recommend mitigation strategies.

Liaise with internal departments (legal, finance, procurement, operations) and external stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and management.

Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), deliverables, and timelines.

Support in dispute resolution and contract termination processes.

Train internal teams on contract procedures and compliance requirements

Experience- Minimum of 10 years in handling contract pertaining to construction industry

Qualification- Graduate degree in Civil engineering 

Gender- Male

Age- 18 to 60

Salary-65000 per month
