·       Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new techniques is crucial in a dynamic work environment.  

• Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assembling and Fitting: Assisting experienced fitters in assembling and fitting mechanical parts and systems, following technical drawings and specifications.

• Maintenance and Repair: They perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and repair equipment. 
• Using Tools: Fitters utilize a wide range of hand and power tools, including those for cutting, shaping, and fitting materials. 
• Interpretation of Drawings: They read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. 
• Welding and Fabrication: Some fitters may be required to weld and fabricate components as needed.
