We are looking for Business development associates responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusted relationships. The BDA will constantly identify business growth opportunities and will be responsible for scheduling the Product demo sessions with the Tally user which will be conducted virtually /online through remote access software like Anydesk or g-meet.

Tally is a desktop app which runs on a particular PC/Laptop and users do not have remote access. So Tally users can sync their entire data with Livekeeping and can access Tally data directly on their Mobile.

BDA initially will approach Tally users to present demo of the Livekeeping application and book a free trial session for them. Customer will get 7 days of free trial and then to use they need to pay for subscription.

To be successful as a Business Development Associate, you should possess excellent communication skills and understand the Tally user problem varying as per their business need.

Basic Requirement:
Good Communication skill (Understanding and speaking Telephonic conversations). Motivated to sell and being able to bounce back from setbacks. Having experience in marketing and selling through call and able to understand the customer's need. Focused to achieve targets and passionate to compete with others.
Qualification:
Education: Graduation/ Post Graduate Degree/BBA/MBA

Working Days: 6-Sunday off.
Training:
All selected candidates will undergo for a product training of one week followed by certification process.

Job Profile:
To interact with Tally users over call to identify prospective customer and prospects for business. Minimum 2.30 Hrs of Talk time Conducting product demo sessions in Hindi or English (as per customer's choice). Generate revenue by selling available subscription.
