Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, answer questions, and handle customer queries effectively. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in [Languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education will be a plus.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
