Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via [email, phone, chat, or social media]

  • Troubleshoot customer problems and identify the best solutions

  • Guide customers through product features, services, and usage

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution

  • Meet or exceed performance targets (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction)

  • Collect feedback and provide insights to improve processes and products

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support or client service role

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
