📌 Job Summary

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the primary point-of-contact for potential clients in the field—promoting and selling loan and credit card products. You’ll assess customer needs, build relationships, and achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through cold calling, foot traffic, referrals, and local outreach.

• Conduct on-site visits at retail locations, events, petrol pumps, and residential areas.

• Promote and explain features, benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria of loan and credit card products.

• Assist clients through the application process: document collection, submission, and follow-up.

• Negotiate responsibly—accommodating client needs while maintaining company standards.

• Meet or exceed defined monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems—tracking outreach, conversions, and documentation.

• Provide superior customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, compliance, credit) to expedite approvals.

• Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, competitor offerings, and market trends.

• Ensure full compliance with anti-money laundering, KYC, and internal regulatory guidelines.
