Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, supervising staff, coordinating with departments, and maintaining quality and productivity standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of workflows across departments.

  • Monitor and manage productivity, operational costs, and efficiency metrics.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as administration, logistics, procurement, and customer service.

  • Supervise staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain high standards of service.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

  • Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management.

  • Manage inventory levels and liaise with vendors or service providers as needed.

  • Assist in planning and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

  • Support budgeting and resource allocation in coordination with relevant departments.

  • Address and resolve any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline – Commerce, Arts, Science, or Business preferred.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or process coordination.

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of operational procedures, reporting, and team management.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

  • Postgraduate diploma or certification in Operations / Supply Chain / Business Management.

  • Experience with ERP systems or operational software.

  • Knowledge of basic budgeting and process improvement tools.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site role (may require occasional travel depending on the organization).
