Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operational activities of our facility/site/office. The candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring smooth process execution, handling resources efficiently, and supporting overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficient workflow across departments or units.

• Monitor attendance, team performance, and shift schedules.

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and company policies.

• Maintain records of stock, material movement, and equipment usage.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for operational needs.

• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and report escalations to senior management.

• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the workplace as per organizational standards.

• Prepare basic reports on operational metrics, stock, or incidents for review.

• Act as a communication link between staff and management for smooth coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., or equivalent).

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, facility supervision, or administrative roles.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email communication).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day issues independently.

• Team handling or supervisory experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in manufacturing/logistics/retail/field operations.

• Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.

• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

Work Conditions:

• On-site role; may include shift-based work depending on the industry.

• Requires coordination across teams, vendors, and departments.
