Key Responsibilities:
• Climbing and Working at Heights:Tower technicians must be comfortable climbing communication towers and working at significant heights, often using specialized equipment.
• Installation and Maintenance:They install, repair, and maintain various components, including antennas, transmission lines, and other auxiliary equipment.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and standards is paramount, including conducting inspections and reporting any issues.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:They diagnose and resolve issues with equipment, performing necessary repairs to maintain optimal network performance.
