In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, playing a key role in attracting, screening, and hiring exceptional talent to join our growing team. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and identify qualified candidates from a variety of sources.


Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for our client's open positions
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, leveraging various channels like online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Conduct in-depth interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate the offer negotiation process and extend employment offers to successful candidates.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
