Job Summary :

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow the dealer network for EBCO hardware products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with dealers, and ensuring effective product positioning in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners for EBCO products.

·       Regularly visit dealers to ensure product visibility, branding, and timely order placements.

·       Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as assigned.

·       Conduct product demonstrations and technical explanations to dealers and their staff.

·       Gather feedback from the market and report competitor activity, pricing, and new launches.

·       Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers as per credit terms.

·       Manage stock rotation at dealer points to reduce dead inventory.

·       Share marketing material, catalogs, samples, and promotional schemes with the dealer network.

·       Coordinate with the backend team for timely order processing and dispatch.

·       Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM/sales tracking tools regularly.

Key Requirements:

·       Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in hardware, building materials, or related product categories.

·       Prior experience in dealer/distributor sales is mandatory.

·       Good knowledge of EBCO or similar architectural hardware products is a strong advantage.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Engineering background preferred).

·       Sales training or certifications in channel/dealer management is a plus.

·       Local market knowledge of assigned territory (dealers, regions, influencers).

Salary & Benefits:

·       Fixed salary as per industry standards.
