We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at customer locations or in-house. The role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
Good knowledge of equipment installation, servicing, and repair.
Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
Willingness to travel for on-site support.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
