Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warmth and smile.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about room availability, rates, and resort amenities.
• Handle reservations and manage the booking system, including modifications and cancellations.
• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Ability to handle irate guests and respond positively and patiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely room availability.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Uphold resort policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including reporting and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including reservation management systems.
