Required CNC Machine Operator minimum 3 To 4 Years Exeperiance, Candiate Should Be Aware of Insert Change, Opset Knowldge, Drawing Reading, Vernier & Micrometer Knowldge.

Roles & Responsbilty 

1. Achieve productivity levels.

 2. Achieve product quality

3.Maintain the process as per control plan

4. Identify record & Report non-conformance in every shift.

5. Use of work instruction, control plan, Calibrated MME during the production.

6. Use the PPE during production.

7. Avoid wastage of resources such as power, oil, material etc.

8. Updating & retention of quality records as per list.

To maintain good housekeeping and discipline.

10. Update 1st piece and in process Quality records. Also maintain daily JH check list.
