Hiring Brand Ambassador FMCG space

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Brand Ambassador to represent airport premium cosmetic brand/Perfume Brand/ Wine and Chocolate brands at BIAL stores.  excellent English communication skills is mandatory , and thrive in a dynamic, high-traffic retail environment. You will be the face of the brand, engaging travellers’ and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and interact with international travellers’ in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide in-depth product knowledge
Sales & Promotion:
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
Support promotional campaigns and in-store events to drive traffic and brand visibility.
Merchandising & Store Maintenance:
Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
Reporting & Feedback:
Share customer feedback and insights with the brand team.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates.
Requirements:
Night Shifts Mandatory
Well-groomed and professional appearance, consistent with luxury brand standards.
Must be eligible to work at the airport
