🛠️ Role Overview
The Area Sales Officer will lead the expansion of The Biryani Forge through:
Corporate tie-ups
Pop-up stalls at offices, apartments, and events
Driving B2B sales and building long-term institutional partnerships
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Identify and onboard corporates, IT parks, PGs, co-working spaces for lunch stalls and catering
🏘️ Organize pop-up events in gated communities, societies, and apartment festivals
🤝 Build relationships with HR/Admin teams for regular meal programs or festive stalls
📊 Own the revenue target from offline activation channels
📦 Coordinate with kitchen/logistics team for event prep and inventory
🗓️ Maintain an activation calendar and ensure brand visibility
💬 Gather feedback, track performance, and upsell TBF’s offerings
✅ Requirements
0–3 years of experience in field sales / institutional sales / BTL activations
Strong local network in Bengaluru, preferably in South/East zones (BTM, Koramangala, HSR)
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Ability to manage pop-ups and negotiate win-win deals
Must be proactive, target-oriented, and hands-on with execution
