Driving P&L Discipline ✓ Implement suggestive selling techniques to enhance the average check value. ✓ Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. ✓ Adhere strictly to the established cleaning and hygiene protocols. Key functional responsibilities Ops Excellence (Customer First Mindset) ✓Essential to ensure that the candidate adheres to the company's grooming standards. ✓ Dine In Rating/ Review & Customer Review to be taken. ✓ 100% LSM Execution. ✓ Beverages (Hot & Cold ) to be made as per Nonna’s standard. ✓ Need to maintain restaurant Cleanliness as per standard.
