Manager / Asst Manager
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the Projects & Escalation Management
- Manage both PMKVY and non-PMKVY assessments.
- Address escalations related to training and assessments.
2. Monitoring of Key Projects:
- Mahindra Logistics Limited – STT
- SANKALP – Medinipur, RJ, JH, NEDL (Report submissions to MSDE)
- UPS – STT
- Linde
- Piramal Foundation – 5 Locations
- SIPARD Project
- Tata Steel Foundation – Forklift Operator Training
- MPBCDC – STT
- MSSDS – SANKALP – STT
- Amazon – Bangalore & Bhiwandi
3. Overseeing of Accreditation & ToT/ToA
- Manage TP Accreditation & Affiliation on SIDH and LSC portals.
- Monitor and track Training of Trainers (ToT) and Training of Assessors (ToA).
4. Proposal Writing
- Draft and submit proposals to State Bodies, Ministries, and CSR partners.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit periodic reports to NSDC, NCVET, MSDE, and other stakeholders.
- Represent LSC in meetings related to Training & Assessment.
- Verify invoices from Implementation Partners and Assessment Agencies.
- Generate Assessment Assignment Analysis Reports for CEO review.
- Ensure close coordination with TPs, AAs, Ministries, NCVET, MSDE, and State Bodies for successful project execution:
