Roles and Responsibilities:

 Interpret, develop, revise and implement training based on the industry designed skill programs with meticulous planning and quality delivery.  Should meet quality standards of training and make aspirants attain their objective and be employable.  Evaluate students performance on regular intervals.  Trainer should interact with students individually and in group to understand individuals learning abilities.  Should prepare and follow day wise training schedules accordingly.  Should conduct assessments at regular intervals.
