ABOUT THE ROLE: A CSA at Specsmakers acts as an important link between strategy and execution. He/she drives the all assigned metrics of Store Sales, Conversions, Customer satisfaction etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses  Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's  Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level.  Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store.  Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.  Follow-up on customer enquiries every day and make sure marketing SMS blasts are sent as per management direction.  The candidate must be Graduate with pleasant personality and good communication skills, Must be fluent in English.
