Roles & Responcibility

A machine operator's primary responsibility is to operate, maintain, and monitor machinery used in production or manufacturing processes. They ensure the machines run efficiently and safely, producing quality goods while adhering to safety protocols and company standards. 

🎯 Age Limit: 18 to 25 years

🛠 Trade/Branch: Only Technical Trades

💸 Salary / Stipend (for 8 hours / 26 days)

🎁 Attendance Bonus: ₹1,200 on full 26-day attendance

💰 Total Salary (Including Attendance Bonus):

12th Pass: ₹13,700/month
ITI Pass: ₹14,850/month

⏱ Overtime Rate:
As per requirement (single rate, based on salary)

📅 Quarterly Bonus (One-Time):
8.33% of earned stipend/salary (within first 3 months)

🎉 Festive Season Bonus (If worked): ₹2,500

🥣 Canteen Charges:
₹20 per meal/diet
