🛠 Position:
Assembly Line Operator / Machine Operator
Industry: Automotive Component Manufacturing
 

Roles and responsibilities :- 

• Operating Machinery:

  Machine operators carefully control and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality. 

• Monitoring Production:

  They continuously monitor machine operations, checking for quality, consistency, and adherence to production targets. 

• Troubleshooting:

  When issues arise, machine operators diagnose problems, make minor repairs, and escalate more complex issues to maintenance or engineering teams. 

• Quality Control:

  They perform regular quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards. 

• Material Handling:

  Machine operators may load raw materials and parts into machines, ensuring a continuous and efficient production process

• Machine Setup:

  This involves calibrating, cleaning, and preparing machines for operation according to production specifications. 

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech

Branches: Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

Pass Out Years: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025
(2025 candidates must have a provisional certificate)

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 on full attendance (26 days)

Total Salary with OT & Bonus (12 hours approx.):

Diploma: ₹24,000/month

B.Tech: ₹25,400/month

🍽 Canteen: ₹18 per diet

🕐 Shift Timings: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Rotational)
