Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching and closing deals with local merchants for our subscription-based tech services. If you're driven, persuasive, and love being on the move – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local merchants and generate leads through on-ground sales efforts

• Present ChattyBao's services to potential customers and convert leads into paid subscribers

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants

• Provide feedback from the field to improve our offerings and merchant experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales of subscription-based technology products

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Knowledge of local markets and merchant ecosystems is a plus
