Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Providing information and regular support to stakeholders

·         Being point of contact for various working groups

·         Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical/non-technical solutions

·         Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes

·         Provide Management Reports on Overall progress and health of projects and Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio

·         Prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives

·         Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

·         Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

·         Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflows

·         Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication

Desired Candidate Profile:

·         Proficiency with MS Office Suits or related software

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to solve problems creatively

·         Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

·         Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

·         Excellent analytical skills

·         Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

·         Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
