Job Summary :

  • HR Policy Development and Implementation:

    Creating and putting into practice HR policies related to employee development, performance, and other relevant areas. 

  • Training and Development:

    Designing, organizing, and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 

  • Performance Management:

    Overseeing performance appraisal systems and processes, potentially including biometric attendance
