Responsibilities:

·      To understand the job description & requirement

·      Source and identify qualified candidates

·      Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

·      Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

·      To handle all the visa paper works stamping, Immigrations & Documentations etc.

·      To care of candidates till their flight.

·      Facilitate the interview process, collect feedback, and coordinate final interviews.

·      Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
