Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller located in Kolkata. The Tele caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, understanding their insurance needs, and explaining different life insurance products offered by the company. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, answering customer queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Tele caller will also follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and telecalling
• Ability to understand and explain life insurance products
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record management
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor&aposs degree is a plus
• Proactive and positive attitude towards work
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is advantageous
