We are looking for a confident, motivated, and student-focused Academic Counsellor (Female) to join our team.

Qualification:
B.Tech or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or Graduation in any discipline (preferably with experience in counselling, sales, or the education sector)

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students about training programs and career opportunities
• Guide students through course selection and the enrolment process
• Maintain regular follow-up with enquiries and leads
• Handle walk-in and online enquiries professionally
• Coordinate with faculty and administration to ensure a smooth student experience
• Conduct college visits and cold calling for lead generation
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and admissions

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a student-friendly approach
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in academic counselling, sales, or customer service preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
• Must have a personal laptop
