Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct toolbox training sessions for operators and workers.
Compare the current shift’s tank levels with the previous shift’s readings.
Monitor compatibility tests to ensure they meet the specified ratios.
Ensure maximum drums are charged according to the production order.
Verify that all liquid is charged, reducing any remaining residue.
Ensure AOD pumps are flushed with water every lot or every 2 hours.
Confirm SAP entries, prepare job cards, and ensure ISO documentation is completed on time.
Ensure proper use of air respirators or full-face masks by workers during drum charging.
Continuously verify that PPE compliance is maintained in all activities.
Monitor equipment (e.g., LI, scrubbers, ID fans) and ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT).
Use portable gas sensors and temperature guns to ensure there are no gas leaks.
Optimize workforce utilization for operational efficiency.
Prohibit open storage of drums to comply with GPCB norms.
Conduct preventive maintenance as per the planned schedule.
Report critical observations and concerns in Geinsuite with photographic evidence.
