कार्य सारांश:
हम अपनी ऑपरेशन्स टीम के लिए मेहनती और विस्तार पर ध्यान देने वाले डीप क्लीनिंग प्रोफेशनल्स की तलाश कर रहे हैं। इस भूमिका में कर्मचारियों को ग्राहक की साइट पर जाकर सफाई की आवश्यकता को समझना होगा और साइट सुपरवाइज़र के निर्देशानुसार डीप क्लीनिंग का कार्य करना होगा। यह भूमिका शारीरिक मेहनत, अनुशासन और सफाई के उच्च मानकों का पालन करने की मांग करती है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार ग्राहक की साइट पर पहुँचना

• सुपरवाइज़र के साथ मिलकर साइट की सफाई आवश्यकताओं का मूल्यांकन करना

• रेजिडेंशियल, कमर्शियल और पोस्ट-कंस्ट्रक्शन क्षेत्रों में डीप क्लीनिंग कार्य करना

• फर्श, किचन, बाथरूम, अपहोल्स्ट्री, खिड़कियाँ आदि की विशेष सफाई करना

• क्लीनिंग उपकरण और केमिकल्स को सुरक्षित और प्रभावी रूप से उपयोग करना

• साइट सुपरवाइज़र द्वारा दिए गए सभी निर्देशों का पालन करना

• स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा और स्वच्छता से जुड़े सभी नियमों का पालन करना

• ग्राहक के साथ व्यवहार में प्रोफेशनलिज़्म बनाए रखना और संतोषजनक सेवा प्रदान करना

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:

• सफाई सेवाओं में पूर्व अनुभव वांछनीय है (अनुभव न होने पर प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा)

• निर्देशों का पालन करने और टीम में कार्य करने की क्षमता

• शारीरिक रूप से सक्षम और मेहनती

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Deep Cleaning Professionals to join our operations team. The role involves visiting customer sites, understanding the cleaning requirements, and executing deep cleaning tasks as per the instructions provided by the on-site supervisor. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations as scheduled

• Assess the cleaning needs of the site in coordination with the supervisor

• Perform deep cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, and post-construction environments

• Handle specialized cleaning of floors, kitchens, bathrooms, upholstery, windows, etc.

• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively

• Follow all instructions given by the site supervisor and ensure quality standards are met

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols

• Maintain professional conduct and ensure customer satisfaction on-site

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning services preferred but not mandatory (training provided)

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

• Physically fit and able to handle intensive cleaning tasks

• Willingness to travel to different locations as required

• Punctual, reliable, and with a strong work ethic

• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals is a plus
