About the Role

Flipkart is hiring motivated and hardworking individuals for its warehouse operations in Bhiwandi. As a Picker & Packer, you will play a key role in handling customer orders by accurately picking, scanning, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Picking items from inventory based on order sheets.

• Packing and labeling products for dispatch.

• Sorting, scanning, and organizing goods in designated areas.

• Loading and unloading of products as required.

• Maintaining quality and accuracy in order fulfillment.

• Following warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Age: 18 years & above

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (preferred)

• Aadhaar Card (mandatory)

• PAN Card

• Active Bank Account

• 2 Passport Size Photographs

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹14,384/- + PF + ESIC

• Incentives/Allowances:

  • Availability Bonus: ₹2,500/-

  • Diwali Bonus: ₹1,000/-

  • Attendance Bonus: ₹500/-

  • Leave Encashment: ₹900/-

  • Overtime: ₹2,100/- (15 days)

  • Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,800/- (15 days)

• Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹28,000/- per month
