Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Visit clients/customers regularly to promote products and services.
Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate (any stream).
1–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome.
