Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making calls to delivery parts and customers  handling inbound inquiries, providing information about our products or services,

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers & Delivery Partners to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Explain products or services clearly and effectively to customers.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team lead or manager.

• Handle customer objections politely and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar customer service/sales role.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Laptop With i5 processor stable wifi connection 

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

• Prior experience in [industry, if applicable] is a plus.
