Stipend and Benefits
10th or 12th grade  ₹11,200   
₹11,700 for candidates with an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) qualification in any trade.  
An increment in salary is provided after completing 12 months of regular duty.  
 

*Role and Responsibilities

Quality Control:
Inspecting products and components at various stages to ensure they meet company standards, specifications, and quality guidelines. 
Machine Operation:
Operating, monitoring, and performing routine maintenance on assembly line machinery and tools. 
Instruction Following:
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions to accurately assemble products. 
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions, product defects, or issues on the production line. 
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others. 
Production Monitoring:
Tracking and documenting the assembly process, meeting production targets, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the line.
