Role Description

The Agency Manager at SBI Life Insurance will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve sales targets. The role involves daily monitoring of agent performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and conducting regular meetings to motivate and guide the team. The Agency Manager will also develop and implement business strategies to improve sales and customer service. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Noida.
