JBM Group required 10th + 12th, ITI and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering pass candidates as an Apprentice under NAPS / NATS for its PAN India location Group plants.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day manufacturing operations under supervision.

• Learn and perform various tasks related to machine operations, assembly, quality control, and maintenance.

• Understand and adhere to safety standards and workplace protocols.

• Support the production team to meet quality and productivity goals.

• Participate in on-the-job training and classroom sessions as part of the apprenticeship.

• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

• Report any issues or improvements to the supervisor promptly.
