Job Title: Trainee (Skill Development Project – ESSCI, Skill India)
Project Duration: 5 Months
Job Location: Samsung & Partner Outlets (BHUBANESHWAR, GUWAHATI, KOLKATA, PATNA, RANCHI, BHOPAL, DELHI, GHAZIABAD, INDORE, LUCKNOW, CHANDIGARH, JAIPUR, JODHPUR, LUDHIANA)
About the Program
This opportunity is part of a 5-month training project under ESSCI (Skill India Initiative). It offers freshers the chance to gain practical exposure in a professional environment while earning a stipend.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Freshers can apply)
Age: 18 – 29 years (Strictly, no exceptions)
Training & Work Structure
LMS (Online Training):
120 hours of mandatory online training during the first month.
Completion of this training is required to be eligible for the first month’s stipend.
On-the-Job Training (OJT):
After the first month, candidates will undergo OJT at Samsung or its partner outlets.
Daily reporting to Samsung supervisors.
Stipend & Benefits
Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month
Payment Cycle: Between 1st – 5th of every month
Attendance Requirement: Based on online/offline attendance tracking
Weekly Offs: 4 offs per month

A Brand Promoter is an individual who serves as a public face for a brand, aiming to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty through direct engagement and promotional activities. Responsibilities include representing the brand at events, distributing promotional materials, engaging with customers, collecting feedback, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop successful campaigns. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build excitement and establish a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation:
Act as the brand's representative at trade shows, events, and retail locations.
Customer Engagement:
Interact with potential customers to generate interest, answer questions, and explain product benefits.
Promotional Activities:
Distribute samples, flyers, and other promotional materials to attract attention and drive interest.
Campaign Execution:
Work with the marketing team to implement and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and brand strategies.
Sales Support:
Guide customers toward purchasing decisions and help meet departmental sales goals.
